- We have experienced and specialized inspectors to follow and inspect the cargo to ensure our orders will be finished on time and qualified.
- How to ensure that the product is accurate?

The confirmation samples will be sent to our custs to approve before production ;We will follow the approved samples exactly during production for every order；The production samples will be requested to send to our company or our custs to double check and ensure all the details are accurate； Our QC will do final inspection according to the confirmation samples and only pass our inspection, the cargo can be delivered.
- How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?
- 1. Send inquiries to contact the sales manager to request the samples;
2. At first business, we will charge sample fee for sales samples and the express fee will be on our custs’ account. If have orders, we will refund the sample fee after settling the final payment. Or if you are sure to place orders and remit us the deposit for the orders,we can supply free samples;
3.The samples will be sent within 7-15 days according to the exact situation. - How long will it be shipped?
- It is usually delivered within 45-60 days after samples are approved and receiving the deposit or L/C. If urgent orders, we will communicate and push our suppliers to do it specially or deliver it By air according to the cust’s requestment.
- What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
- Minimum quantity of our products of luggages is normally 1X40HQ one style for two to three colors.
- What is your nearest port to deliver the cargo?
Our nearest port is NINGBO port. But we have many suppliers in different area in China, we will choose the nearest port to our factory to save the cost for cust.
- If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?
- Yes, we offer FOB/CIF price normally. The shipping cost and your local destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by your side.
- What’s your payment term?
- Our payment term is T/T or L/C. For T/T, normally 30% deposit, balance before delivery or after sending copy of B/L. For L/C, normally L/C at sight.
